Refund & Cancellation Policy – APNA CLOUD KITCHEN
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the food preparation has not started.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in case of:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction but amount deducted
- Order not delivered due to operational issues
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
